Step 2: Your Personalised Plan
After your consultation, you’ll receive a clear step-by-step plan tailored to your body and lifestyle. This will include:

Supplement plan (if needed)
Testing recommendations (Blood tests, Functional testing)
Gut/hormone support pack (gut-friendly recipes, meal plan ideas, food and symptom tracker)
Step 3: Ongoing Support
You’ll have two follow-up consultations during the programme where we:

Work through any challenges
