  • Step 1: Initial Consultation

    • A 60-minute deep dive into your health history, symptoms, lifestyle and goals to uncover what’s really driving your symptoms

      • Questionnaire and full health history review

      • Current nutrition and lifestyle review

      • Food diary analysis

      • Previous test interpretation (blood tests or functional testing)

  • Step 2: Your Personalised Plan

    • After your consultation, you’ll receive a clear step-by-step plan tailored to your body and lifestyle. This will include:

      • Nutrition and lifestyle plan

      • Supplement plan (if needed)

      • Testing recommendations (Blood tests, Functional testing)

      • Gut/hormone support pack (gut-friendly recipes, meal plan ideas, food and symptom tracker)

  • Step 3: Ongoing Support

    • You’ll have two follow-up consultations during the programme where we:

      • Review your progress

      • Adjust your plan if needed

      • Work through any challenges

    • Between sessions, you’ll also have weekly WhatsApp check-ins to keep you accountable and fully supported throughout the process.
