Hi! I’m a qualified Nutritional Therapist and the founder of Ray Nutrition. I created Ray Nutrition to help people bring balance back to their health, with a particular focus on digestion and hormonal health.
My own health experience is what started me on this journey. For years, I struggled with chronic gut issues, IBS and hormone-related skin issues. Like so many, I felt stuck—constantly searching for answers, trying different approaches, and feeling more and more frustrated when nothing seemed to work long-term.
After exhausting all my options, I was introduced to a nutritionist who changed everything for me. I discovered just how powerful nutrition and lifestyle changes could be. Once I began to understand how the body works as a whole and how food, stress, sleep, and daily habits all connect, my symptoms started to improve. That experience not only transformed my own health but also sparked my passion to help others reclaim their vitality, energy and confidence.
I hold professional qualifications in Nutritional Therapy and am committed to using evidence-based approaches alongside compassionate care. When working with clients, I provide personalised nutrition plans that focus on long-lasting results. I’m not here to hand you a long list of “don’ts” or make you feel like you need to live a perfect lifestyle. Instead, I focus on making it managable and guiding you step by step, with realistic and practical strategies that actually fit into your life.
